1. Navigating Our Store

Our store is designed to make shopping simple and enjoyable. Here's a quick guide to help you find what you're looking for:

  • Main Menu Navigation: Use the top menu to browse by categories, such as new arrivals, collections, or specific products. You can also use the search bar for more specific queries.
  • Filter Options: On collection pages, use the filters to narrow down by size, color, or price range.
  • Product Pages: On each product page, you can view detailed descriptions, size charts, customer reviews, and related items.
  • Mobile Navigation: On mobile, tap the hamburger menu (three horizontal lines) in the top left corner to access all categories and filters.

NOTE: We've also added a navigable link menu at the bottom of our home page, as well as collection pages for ease of use.

2. Using Discount Codes

Applying discount codes at checkout is easy. Here’s how to do it:

  1. Add Items to Your Cart: Select the products you want and add them to your shopping cart.
  2. Proceed to Checkout: Once you’re ready, click on the cart icon and proceed to checkout.
  3. Enter Discount Code: On the checkout page, you'll see a field labeled “Discount Code” or “Promo Code.” Enter your code here and click “Apply.”
  4. Verify Discount: Once the code is applied, you’ll see the discount reflected in your order summary.
Tip: Be sure to check the expiration date and any terms or conditions of the discount code.

NOTE: For newly subscribed customers, you will receive an e-mail with a link to automatically apply your coupon code at checkout. IMPORTANT: THIS E-MAIL WILL LIKELY GET SENT TO YOUR PROMOTIONS FOLDER.

3. Troubleshooting Checkout Issues

Having trouble completing your purchase? Let’s get that sorted out:

  • Payment Declined: Double-check that your card details (number, expiry date, and CVV) are correct. If you're using PayPal, ensure your account has sufficient funds.
  • Browser Compatibility: If the page isn’t loading properly, try clearing your browser cache or switching to a different browser (e.g., Chrome, Safari).
  • Error Messages: If you receive an error message, it may be due to an issue with your payment provider or internet connection. Refresh the page or try again in a few minutes.
  • Multiple Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods including all major credit/debit cards. Be sure to choose the correct option at checkout.

4. Tracking Orders and Understanding Order Statuses

Once your order is placed, you can track its progress. Here’s how:

  • Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details and tracking number (if applicable).
  • Tracking Your Order: Use the tracking number provided in the email to check the status of your shipment.
  • Order Status Terms:
    • Processing: Your order has been received and is being prepared.
    • Shipped: Your order is on its way! You can track it using the provided number.
    • Delivered: The package has been delivered to the shipping address you provided.
    • Pending: There may be a delay with the order—reach out to us if you’re concerned about extended delays.
