Processing & Handling Time

Orders take 3-7 business days to be prepared before shipping. This doesn’t include weekends or holidays. As soon as your items are ready to go, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number.

Shipping & Transit Time

After processing, most deliveries arrive within 4–14 business days, depending on your location and carrier availability.

We partner with third-party logistics services to ship our items. In many cases, your package will ship from an international warehouse and be handed off to a local carrier like FedEx, DHL, or UPS for the final stretch. In total, orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days from the date of purchase.

Please keep in mind that delivery times can be affected by customs, shipping traffic, and peak holiday seasons.

Important: Some of our products are custom-made and may take slightly longer to complete and ship. Those products usually have plus sizes available. 

Where We Source

Branna Couture works with trusted suppliers around the world. Some of our pieces are shipped directly from international warehouses, including fulfillment centers in Asia, Europe, and North America. We do this to offer a wide variety of styles and keep our prices competitive.

While some items may ship from outside your country, all sourcing partners go through quality and reliability checks to meet our standards.

Shipping Costs

We offer worldwide free shipping. The way we do this is by including these costs into the listing price, which is what you pay at checkout. On average, these costs (already included) range between $12–$24 USD, depending on where the product is being shipped from, as well as the courier used.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Depending on your country’s import laws, your order may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or additional import fees. These are not included in your purchase price and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Order Tracking

We’ll email you a tracking number once your order is shipped. It may take up to 48 hours for tracking info to begin updating.

If your package hasn’t arrived within 14 business days of shipping confirmation, please reach out to us directly.
